Friday Favorites: Five Royal Horse Show Purchases to Buy at Home!

There are a ton of things that make the Royal Horse Show, and the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair of which it is a part, so special and unique! Included on the extensive list is the SHOPPING! 😍

It’s probably for the best that my luggage was already borderline overweight, so I can’t go home with too much, but I did pick up a few small things and make note of a few others that I can order online when I get home.

With that in mind, I’m devoting this week’s ‘Friday Favorites’ post to five favorite items that I’ve found for sale here at the Royal Horse Show, that you can also order online! 🙂

Here are my five picks:

1) Printed tees from Spiced Equestrian  I actually first discovered this Canadian-based company on Instagram thanks to some of their neat equestrian phone cases and printed tees, and I was excited to see some of their stuff here with The Tack Shoppe! I snagged their ‘This is My Horse Show Hangover Shirt’ that you best believe I’ll be wearing home on the plane on Sunday (and probably on trips home for many horse shows to come) due to t-shirt accuracy!

You can shop their other printed tees from home, here! (For sizing reference: I tried on both a medium and a large, and went with the large. I’m usually a medium, but these run small, and I prefer things to be a little bit looser fitting.)

2) Candles from Grey Horse Candle Company – I found these here the Royal last year, and I was skeptical that they would actually smell good, but they DO! My personal favorite thus far is ‘High End Saddle.’

The candle photos are not my own; they’re from the Grey Horse Candle website, and that’s where you should go to order them and check out all of the scents! I’m thinking fun stocking stuffers for my horse friends!

3) Polar Piece Jumpsuit – So I haven’t actually purchased this one (yet!) because I keep going back and forth in my head over whether $169 (CAD) is too much to pay for a pajama-esque jumpsuit or actually the best deal in the world for the jumpsuit that I’ve decided would be my new daily work-from-home uniform.

Sad (but realistically not surprising) news: they wouldn’t let me put it on for a photo.

I feel like I’m inevitably going to end up ordering the navy one online…but here are all of the options!

4. Ruespari belts – I’m always pretty quick to tell anyone that these are the best/my favorite riding belts, and I’ve been wearing the ‘Black Diamond & Gold Clasp‘ belt with lots of outfits that don’t involve riding pants, too!

I was excited to see more of the new styles (including a maroon color that I love!) here at The Royal – while also sporting one of course!! Shop them all at www.ruespari.com.

And no, I did not do anything at all with my hair at all today, thanks for asking…

5. Vestrum sweaters – I try to somewhat keep up with equestrian fashion styles and companies, but I have to admit, I had not heard of Vestrum until here! They make actual riding and show clothes, but my favorite items that they have here are these cashmere-blend sweaters – so soft and comfy!

Now I’m off to buy my third apple dumpling of the week…because you can’t order those online!!
